Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

Orders + shipments made on the weekend or Holidays will be scheduled to be delivered or arrive at the expense of the Delivery service provider. If any delays happen to occur due to high volume you can either contact us or the Delivery provider directly via the tracking information provided.

Damages

Gadget 23 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
